shapes and numbers
- Circle and activity times
- Free play
- Singing and dancing
- Multi-cultural and holiday celebrations
- Outdoor activities: nature walks, bike-riding, jumping rope, climbing
- Intergenerational activities: Every week, there are several closely-supervised
intergenerational activities between the children at the Rosa Elena Childcare
Center and the clients of the Alzheimer's Activity Center . They include:
story time at both centers; arts and crafts activities; music and dance
activities; outdoor play including shuffleboard, horseshoes, and other
games.
